I know some of you have been let down by others at critical times & you can call me to see if I have a free appointment, but if you can allow a few days as I do get booked up a lot now, but some clients do not mind having their appointments changed. I try to accommodate as much as possible but sometimes, I can’t!

And if you need a very early weekend start I also do that too!

Sorry that I have had to do this, but if you are serious about making a booking then there should not be a problem!

And do not think that I will just bank your money & not turn up. I am in this for the long haul & it is my business & another reason why I take your phone number in the unlikely event that I might have to postpone/re-arrange.

Also for your appointment you should allow 15/20 minutes either way (early or late) with the way that traffic is on our roads. Anything else then I will contact you!

And when you make a booking (especially by phone) can you let me know what you are looking to have done and where you are so I can allow enough time for your appointment.Thank you.
